Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

This shop has a no questions asked return policy. Simply send me an email of your intention to return the item, then return your piece in "like new" condition for a full refund. The safe return of any item is the customer's responsibility. It is highly recommended that customers use a trackable method of shipping, as that is the only way to know whether a package got to its destination.

Refunds are usually issued within 24 of safe receipt, however, we have no control over how long a refund will take to post back into your account. We will email you when the refund has been initiated.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and most other European countries.

Shipping is always free to the US and domestic shipments will receive an automatic upgrade to Priority Mail if the order exceeds $100US. We use a flat rate shipping for all destinations outside the US, and those rates are discounted from normal over-the-counter rates.

Please be aware that any VAT's and other governmental requirements specific to your country are the buyer's responsibility. We will do our very best to comply with all tariff regulations and take seriously the responsibility of making the delivery of your package as hassle-free as possible.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
